Service Description

Welcome to your healing journey! I am going to guide you with some Meditation Techniques, Intention Settings, and Breath Work to help you arrive to an open heart state. We will follow the natural state of calmness and you are going to experience a bath of sound vibrations that would help you visualize the unwanted energies, accept them and observe how they are going away from you. From that point we are ready to welcome new energies to come and heal with Reiki. *I use mantra chantings and I play the crystal singing bowls. *Each phase is done in the most gentlest of ways for your highest good.
